Coldwell Banker Signature is owned and operated by Randy & Sherri Singler. Two offices, Suite 200 at 301 1st Avenue North in Saskatoon and 151 15th Street East in Prince Albert, serve buyers, sellers, and investors across the province.

Our advisors are senior, our practice is referral-led, and our commitment is to service that is personal, honest, and professional, the kind of trust that compounds across two and three generations of Saskatchewan families.

Colbert Coldwell and Benjamin Banker open in post-earthquake San Francisco. The first national brokerage built on ethics over commission chasing.
Coldwell Banker arrives in Canada
The Canadian franchise launches under Brookfield. Coast-to-coast network of independently operated brokerages takes shape.
Saskatoon operations established
The Saskatoon and Prince Albert offices establish CB Signature as a leading Saskatchewan brokerage, growing the advisor roster and the practice's referral base.
